About The Work Machine

We help businesses on their journey into the future with AI.

First, we measure how ready your business is for AI. Through working sessions across your processes, systems and team, we map your AI maturity. Then we choose, together, the initiatives that will deliver results fastest, and put them into action.

We find the solutions that fit your needs, or build them for you when nothing does. We measure each initiative's impact on your business metrics and track progress through concrete results.

We build AI-native companies by guiding the launch of internal spin-offs and independent startups.
